How do you source your items?

We carefully curate pieces from Auckland's best thrift stores and second-hand shops, selecting only quality items that meet our standards.

What condition are the items in?

All items are inspected for quality. We note any wear or imperfections in product descriptions and photos. Most pieces are in excellent pre-loved condition.

What's your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If an item doesn't match the description, contact us within 14 days for a return or exchange.

Do you offer shipping?

We currently ship within New Zealand only. Shipping is $10 NZD, and orders over $50 NZD qualify for free shipping. Though expansion to other countries is definitely in the works!!!
