  • All items sold are pre-loved, thrifted fashion pieces and are sold as-is
  • Each item is unique and one-of-a-kind
  • We describe items accurately, including any flaws or wear
  • Prices are listed in NZD and are subject to change without notice
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders

3. Product Condition

All items are pre-owned unless otherwise stated. We carefully inspect and describe each item's condition, including:

  • Any visible wear, marks, or imperfections
  • Fabric content and care instructions (when available)

Minor variations in color may occur due to photography and screen settings.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and approved third-party providers
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping rates and delivery times are displayed at checkout
  • Domestic (NZ) shipping: $10 flat rate, free over $50
  • We ship to New Zealand
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. Returns are accepted within 14 days for unworn, unwashed items in original condition.

Thrifted Fashion is not liable for:

  • Normal wear consistent with pre-loved items
