REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Thrifted Fashion. We want you to love your pre-loved pieces! Please read our refund policy carefully.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that don't fit or aren't quite right for you. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them
- Items must have all original tags attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the unique, pre-loved nature of our products, the following items are final sale:
- Items marked as "as-is"
- Accessories (jewellery, scarves, bags)
- Sale or discounted items
- Items showing signs of wear after delivery
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at contactthriftedfashion@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide return instructions and address
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Return Shipping Costs
- Domestic (NZ) returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved returns: Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless item is faulty)
- Refund amount: Full item price minus any applicable restocking fees
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately at contactthriftedfashion@gmail.com with photos
- We'll arrange a free return and full refund, including shipping costs
- We may offer a replacement if available
Exchanges
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of thrifted items, we cannot guarantee exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
