REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Thrifted Fashion. We want you to love your pre-loved pieces! Please read our refund policy carefully.

Returns & Exchanges We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that don't fit or aren't quite right for you. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them
  • Items must have all original tags attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Non-Returnable Items Due to the unique, pre-loved nature of our products, the following items are final sale:

  • Items marked as "as-is"
  • Accessories (jewellery, scarves, bags)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items showing signs of wear after delivery

Return Process

  1. Contact us at contactthriftedfashion@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide return instructions and address
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic (NZ) returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Australia returns: Customer is responsible for international return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved returns will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
  • Australian customers will be refunded in AUD at the exchange rate at time of purchase

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at contactthriftedfashion@gmail.com with photos. We'll arrange a free return and full refund including shipping costs, and will offer a replacement if available.

Exchanges Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of thrifted items, we cannot guarantee exchanges. Please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
