Return Policy

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that don't fit or aren't quite right. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags and original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items (final sale): Items marked as 'as-is', accessories (jewellery, scarves, bags), sale or discounted items, and items showing signs of wear after delivery.

How to Return:

  1. Email contactthriftedfashion@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll send return instructions and address
  4. Ship back using a trackable method

Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges: Not guaranteed due to the one-of-a-kind nature of thrifted items. We recommend returning for a refund and placing a new order.

New Zealand: Standard shipping 2–5 business days after dispatch. Free shipping on orders over $70 NZD. Standard shipping: $15 NZD.

Australia: Standard shipping 5–10 business days after dispatch. 0–1kg: $20 NZD, Over 1kg: $30 NZD. Free shipping on orders over $80 NZD. All prices include 10% GST. Duties may apply on orders over AUD $1,000.
